The mission of the Colorado Biological Mass Spectrometry Society (CBMSS) is to foster a community comprised of local researchers interested in the field of biological mass spectrometry, and to serve as a forum intended for the dissemination of knowledge and professional experience. As a neutral gathering, the CBMSS will facilitate interaction between academic and industrial researchers, encourage collaboration, and maximize the usage of existing resources within the region. In addition, the CBMSS will serve the growing need for education and exposure in biological mass spectrometry applications for local graduate students, post-doctoral scientists and researchers new to the field.
